How can I clean my Moonscape jewelry pieces?
Copper and sterling silver can oxidize, or darken, over time. This usually takes a few months to a year. 14k gold, on the other hand, is tarnish resistant and will stay the same. All Moonscape wire wrapped pieces are shipped with a tiny little polishing pad that quickly and easily removes any tarnishing or oxidation!
What if my jewelry breaks?
I handcraft each piece to ensure that it is sturdy and ready for daily wear. However, if your piece happens to break in any way, please send me a message so we can sort things out!

Do you use natural, genuine stones and crystals?
Yes! I never use imitation gemstones or crystals. However, sometimes I use materials, such as aurora opal or blue goldstone, that are not natural and are very well known as man made stones. In the rare case that I use a stone that is man-made, treated, dyed, or unnatural in any way, I will very clearly state that first thing in the description of the listing.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
I do not accept returns or exchanges. I am, however, able to cancel your order if you contact me before I hand your order over to USPS. Please be sure that you review all photos and details of what you are considering purchasing before you check out, as I am unable to process returns or refunds after shipping, for any reason.
When shipping internationally, will you mark a package as a gift so that I’m not charged further at customs?
No, sorry, all packages I ship out will be marked as “Gemstone/Crystal Jewelry” and I am unable to falsely claim that a package being shipped to you is a gift, as opposed to something you’ve purchased. Doing so could possibly lead to me or my business being fined.
Do you sell tutorials or teach any classes?
No I’m sorry, I don’t, although I am always very pleased and flattered when I’m asked this question! Message me and I can point you in the direction of some of my favorite wire wrapping teachers on YouTube! ♡
Can I send you a stone of mine for you to wrap?
Sorry, I don’t accept stones in the mail from customers to be wrapped for custom orders.
